Kishen Kanhaiya

Kishen and Kanhaiya are identical twins who are separated, but can bond telepathically. Kishen lives in the ancestral haveli with his paralysed father Seth Sunder Das and is treated like a slave by Genda Mal and his coterie. Kanhaiya is taken to the city by Bholaram and his wife. He grows into a golden hearted vagabond, with all the mannerisms of a hero. Anju, the only daughter of a multimillionaire falls for him. But when the truth is exposed that Kanhaiya is no hero but a pauper; not only does he lose Anju, but also his foster mother who is killed in front of him. He is beaten brutally and left fighting for survival in a hospital. Back at the haveli, Kishen is married off to Radha, a cowherd’s daughter. Kishen has come of age and Genda Mal wants him to sign over the entire property to him. When Kishen refuses, he is beaten badly, and forced to put his thumb impression on the documents. Once this is done he is of no use to Genda Mal. As Kishen is being tortured, Kanhaiya, lying in hospital, feels his pain. And when Kishen falls to his death, Kanhaiya rises from his death bed like a man resurrected. He begins hearing voices and images of the haveli recur in his dreams. Finally he learns the truth that he is not Bholaram’s son and that his twin brother may be in trouble. Kanhaiya goes to the village and learns that his brother was killed by Genda Mal and gang. Fuelled by vengeance, Kanhaiya enters the haveli as Kishen to wreck havoc in the lives of all those who destroyed his brother...
